The merger of logistics companies Transekspedicija LV and CF&S Latvia has been finalized




CF&S Estonia AS has finalized the merger of its Latvian subsidiaries – SIA CF&S Latvia and SIA Transekspedicija LV, founded 2005 and 2001 respectively.


CF&S Latvia has been acquired by Transekspedicija LV – a forwarding company purchased by CF&S Estonia in autumn 2012. 


The merged company will continue operating under the business name SIA CF&S Latvia in the new office premises at Uriekstes iela 2a, Riga. 


The net sales of Transekspedicija LV in 2012 were LVL 15.7 and that of CF&S Latvia LVL 2.8 million. The well-developed warehousing, multimodal transport and trucking capabilities of Transekspedicija LV will be complemented by the ship’s agency and forwarding activities of CF&S Latvia SIA.


The concern CF&S, a member of Baltic Maritime Logistics Group AS, is offering road, rail and air freight forwarding and warehousing services, ship's and liner agency and chartering services in the Baltic states, Russia and Central Asia. CF&S is operating with its own fleet of railcars, trailers and containers.
